What ‘s Up? Netsuke.  (Summer 2017)

Encounter between two species of Feeling Creatures, an ironic reference to The Goddess of Mercy, Kannon (Japanese) or Quan Yin (Chinese).

Materials: Mushroom made of Cherry-wood, the Mushroom ‘s eye of white bone and Himalayan Yak horn, the Caterpillar made of dark Asian hardwood, it‘s head of Amethyst gemstone.

Marked with a Monogram of T and H in golden Urushi lacquer. 

Measurements: 2.20 x 1.69 x 1.65 inch ( 5,6 x 4,3 x 4,2 cm.)
