Welcome to my website: 

Lone Wolf Netsuke: Dutch contemporary netsuke.

Once upon a time there was a man, a load of rough material, a workspace with tools, a seemingly never-ending time and a flow of inspiration...and see where it lead to: a collection of contemporary Netsuke, some Okimono and a few Ojime.

Knowing that I am not the only one who's interested in carving Netsuke the idea of building this website was born to make it possible to share the results of my efforts with other people. 

Special thanks to my son Roel for his support, advice and photography which enabled me to create this website.

I hope you will enjoy and maybe even appreciate it.
